What carrier do you use?
Your carrier is selected automatically at checkout based on your delivery address — we work with trusted couriers to get every order to you as reliably as possible.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
We deliver to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check it before ordering — we are not able to redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address and is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at the actual cost of postage. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or it appears lost in transit despite a correct address, email hello@meduzabeachwear.com with your order number within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
A note on timing
Because nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — it's made when you order it — please build a little patience into your plans. We'll never rush the fabric to rush the timeline.

Our sizing runs XS–XXL. Because each style is produced by a different manufacturer within our production network, exact measurements can vary slightly between products — always check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering, rather than relying on a general guide.
How to measure
- Bust — measure around the fullest part of your chest.
- Waist — measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
- Hip — measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Use a soft measuring tape, and measure over bare skin or thin clothing.
Fit notes
- Bikini tops — true to size, moderate coverage, adjustable ties where noted on the product page.
- Bikini bottoms — sits at the natural waist unless described as low-rise. Cheeky coverage unless stated otherwise.
- One-pieces — true to size through the body; if you're between sizes and long-waisted, size up.
- Cover-ups & dresses — relaxed fit, designed to be worn loose.
Between sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for one-pieces and staying true to size for separates. Still unsure? Write to us — we genuinely love talking sizing, and we'd rather answer one extra question than see the wrong size go back.
Rinse in cold water. Dry in the sun. Wear forever.
Rinse right after every wear — chlorine, salt water, sunscreen, and body oils break down the fabric's elastane if left to sit, which is what causes colors to fade and the fit to loosen over time. A quick rinse in cool water, ideally within the hour after swimming, makes the biggest difference.
Hand wash only, with a mild detergent — no washing machine, no dryer. Heat and agitation are the fastest way to age a swimsuit before its time.
Don't wring or twist to remove water. Press it gently into a towel instead.
Dry flat, out of direct sunlight. Sun-drying is part of the fantasy, but constant direct UV exposure over time will fade prints and weaken the fabric faster — a shaded, breezy spot does the same job and protects the color longer.

What is your return policy?
Within 14 days of delivery, if your item is unworn with the hygiene liner and original tags still attached, you can choose a full refund or store credit — no questions asked. Once the hygiene liner has been removed, we're unable to accept a return or exchange. This applies the same way to every order, wherever it ships.
How do I request a return?
Email returns@meduzabeachwear.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order, and let us know whether you'd like a refund, store credit, or exchange. We'll reply with instructions within one business day. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we're not able to take responsibility for items lost on the way back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Do I need to return the whole set?
If you're exchanging one piece of a set — just the top, for example — you only need to send back that piece. We don't mix and match prints or colors between sets, so exchanging a full set requires the full set to be returned.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We check every piece before it ships, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, email returns@meduzabeachwear.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll sort it out — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Final sale
Limited drops and end-of-season markdowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

A different pace. A different posture. The particular ease of women who packed the right swimsuit and let the rest of the day take care of itself.
We wanted to bottle that — not the costume of it, the feeling of it. So Meduza was built as a small act of escapism: pieces cut for real women, printed in colors that belong to a garden in May or a Palm Beach terrace in July, made one at a time rather than by the thousand.
We're not chasing trends, and we're not recreating a decade. We're borrowing its confidence and making it wearable now — on a boat, on a balcony, on an ordinary Tuesday you've decided to treat like a vacation.

Every Meduza piece is produced only after it's purchased. Nothing is printed, cut, or sewn on the hope that someone might want it — which means no warehouses of unsold stock, no end-of-season landfill, no overproduction disguised as choice.
It's a slower way to make a swimsuit, and an honest one. We'd rather ship a little later and know that what we made was actually wanted.
We're a young brand, and we won't claim certifications we don't hold or promises we can't keep.
