To keep your swimwear looking vibrant and fitting perfectly, we highly recommend hand washing it in cold water with a mild detergent.

• Always rinse your swimsuit in fresh cold water immediately after wearing it in chlorine or salt water.
• Lay flat to dry in the shade (avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading).
• Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach, or dry clean.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces (like concrete or rough pool edges) to prevent pilling or snagging of the fabric.

Our swimwear is designed to fit snugly and securely. However, if you are between sizes or prefer a slightly less restrictive fit, we generally recommend sizing up. Please be sure to review our detailed Size Guide on the product page before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues due to our made-to-order and hygiene policies.

Absolutely! We know that every body is unique. Our bikini sets feature independent sizing for tops and bottoms, allowing you to choose the exact combination that fits you perfectly. Just select your "Top Size" and "Bottom Size" directly on the product page before adding to cart.

Unlike fast-fashion brands that hold thousands of pre-made items in warehouses, Meduza Beachwear operates on a sustainable, made-to-order model. Your swimwear is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you after you place your order. This process takes about 2–5 business days, but it drastically reduces textile waste and overproduction!

Because every item is made to order, your purchase is sent to our production facility very quickly. If you need to change a size, update your shipping address, or cancel your order, please email us at customercare@meduzabeachwear.com immediately (within 12 hours of placing the order). Once an order has entered the production phase, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to it.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and our made-to-order production process, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or sizing issues.
